10 Minute Fat Blasting Workout

It’s the holiday season and we are busy running here and there, going to parties, buying presents, cooking dinner, baking cookies, and putting up decorations.

Who has time right now to go to the gym and workout for 60 minutes?


That’s why I love working out at home and I love that it can be done efficiently and effectively in a short amount of time.

If you are like me and just need a quick 10 minute workout then check out this one below. All you need is 10 minutes and a set of dumbbells.


10-minute-fat-blasting-workoutBegin with a 2 minute warm up, then set your timer for 10-20 minutes. Do 12 reps of each move.  Go through the circuit only resting as you need to and do as many rounds as possible.

  • Squat with heavy weights at your side – 12 reps
  • Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press – 12 reps
  • Upright Row – 12 reps
  • Push-Up/Row – 12 reps
  • Tricep Dips – 12 reps
