Quick 10 Minute Strength Circuit

On my recent trip I took 10 minutes after my run to do this quick strength circuit in the hotel fitness center.  I walked in there without a plan and this is what happened.  Next time you only have a few minutes to spare, grab some dumbbells and get moving.

Do 10-15 reps of each exercise (go until the last 2-3 reps are hard) and end the circuit with a 60 second plank. Hotel Workout

Bicep Curls
Upright rows
Shoulder press
Tricep dips
Squats (with or without weights)
Step-ups (with or without weights)

Repeat entire circuit backwards starting with step-ups then squats, all the way back to bicep curls. End the entire circuit with a 60 second plank.
